The current Freesoft version, based on Isearch 1.47d, includes some minor but significant changes. Most important is a bug fix that causes deleted documents to be properly skipped during a search, allowing the use of Iindex's incremental update feature without corrupting the search index. Also, filenames can be stored as relative instead of absolute paths, permitting the index files to be downloaded and used on another site, even if the path to the files is different.
