    Hello sir,
      I read the article smartcars. It was illustrated in
    a fine way about the problems of lack of proper
    technology to prevent road accidents. I am doing a
    research on GPS to reduce the road accidents by
    monitoring the vehicles, planning their traffic etc.,
    If you give some idea or some sites regarding that it
    will be very much useful for me to continue my project.
